Estimates from Royal Mail:

• Standard delivery to the UK is 3-5 working days
• First class delivery to the UK is 1-2 working days
• Tracked delivery to Europe is 3-7 working days 
• Tracked delivery worldwide is 6-11 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and can take longer in the run up to holidays. We rely on the hard working post people to deliver our product to you. On the rare occasion that your order doesn’t arrive, we will do everything we can to look into this for you and will always provide a solution.

If you realise that you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as you can. If your star map has not yet been printed, we can change it for you.

Please make sure to double check your design before purchasing as we can not change it once it has gone to print. We can not exchange or refund orders which are not correct due to customer error.

Yes, your star map is generated from open source data provided by astronomical societies all over the world. The stars shown were really there during your precious moment in time!

In the rare occasion that we get something wrong, or your item arrives damaged, we are happy to accept returns and can exchange the product or refund you. 

We cannot accept returns where there is a spelling mistake due to customer error.
